We had a great stay at this hotel in Dong Hoi. The staff was very helpful and polite, accommodating our early check-in request. The room we stayed in was really clean, spacious and had a lovely view at the coastline. Also, the breakfast served more than 30 dishes, including lots of yummy options.

The hotel is situated near seafood restaurants, the beach, and the national highway. the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was professional.

Some areas require improvement, as there were unfinished bits in the room, including no lighting in the dressing area and a lack of drawers in the cupboards. the breakfast offered was of a poor quality.

Clean rooms and friendly staff! The hotel location was just what we were looking for! Away from the noise and with a beautiful view of the sea and river. The breakfast was simple but enough. The staff gave us helpful advice for travel arrangements and even checked on us to make sure that everything was great. The hotel provides a good value for money.

We found the cleanliness of the eating area quite concerning. The hygiene of the place needs improvement. We had to eat off dirty table cloths and sometimes the floors had food all over them. Also, the laundry service was not satisfactory. One piece was lost, and the laundry lady was not very helpful. We appreciated the honesty of the lady who offered to pay for the lost item but it wasn't found. The laundry service did not meet our expectations.
